Originating from the Caribbean island Aruba, The Revoir ’s sound is reminiscent of 90s and 00s alternative rock, with influences of noise rock, trip-hop and shoegaze. In the summer of 2022, the band experienced viral success on the social media platform TikTok, garnering 5 million likes and several millions of views across all of their videos. The band released their debut album “Stomp” (2023) to warm reception from fans. After a successful 2024 reunion show in Aruba with guest drummer Dane Kock, the band have fully moved operations to the Netherlands, recruiting new drummer Madee Compagne and gearing up for new shows and the release of a second album.
